FOREIGN ORDERS: At this time, we only take orders from Canada. The program does not add shipping charge for Canada order, we are going to add $5.00 more than U.S shipping rate.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Domestic Shipments (48 States) Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be somewhat higher. Depending on the value and weight of an order, we will use the lowest cost method while assuring prompt delivery. We ship by First Class Mail, and Priority Mail.

USA Shipping, Packing and Handling (Canada- add more $5.00)

Up to $24.98 -- $6.00, $24.99 to $45.99 -- $7.00, $46.00 to 62.99 -- $8.00, $63.00 to 80.99 -- $9.00, $81.00 to $138.99 -- $10.00, $140.00 to $200 ---$13, $201 to $300 -- $15.00, 301 to $500 --- $20.00

We normally ship the order same day or next business day unless there is a problem such as inventory out of stock which rarely happens. If we run out of stock on the item you ordered, then we will contact you right away. After we ship, allow 2 to 5 working days for deliver via UPS. Time will vary depending upon the carrier and the distance. We are not responsible or obligated to make delivery on any specific time or date. After we ship, assume no liability for damage, delay in delivery or inability to fill the order.

REFUNDS and AFTER SERVICE POLICY: We will be happy to accept returns with 100% refunds except shipping charge. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of invoicing. When merchandise returns for refund, it must be got original shape. If the merchandise gets some damage, we can not give you 100% refund. We cannot give any refunds after 30 days of purchase. All Return Freight should be prepaid by customer. Under this condition, we will repair or replace merchandise free of charge.
